Rheanna Leschke mixes pop, rock and country, tailored to whoever is in front of her. The credentials are real: Queensland Country Music Junior Champion in 2007, a scholarship to the Junior Country Music Academy at Tamworth, and graduation from the Senior Academy of Country Music there too. Her originals have been finalists in the Tamworth Songwriters Association competitions, and she has performed alongside Normie Rowe and supported Pixie Jenkins, Carter and Carter and Marcia Hines. Behind that sits a full scholarship for a Bachelor of Music, AMEB Musicianship 6, a Diploma of Australian Speech, Drama and Communication, and voice master classes with Leslie Martin, Andrea Morris-Campbell and Chris Saunders. She teaches privately, has been musical director for Ipswich and Brisbane plays, and can work as an MC or a freelance drummer. Available solo, duo, trio or full band, with her own BOSE system, transport, public liability insurance and a working with children blue card.
