Ricky Graceland

Ricky Graceland came to this from karaoke five years ago and has since become a regular on the Sydney Elvis circuit. He specialises in the 1968 comeback special and the Vegas years, with at least ten jumpsuits in the wardrobe and an act built on interaction as much as the singing. He's been selected to compete at both the Parkes Elvis Festival and Viva Surfers Paradise in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist competition for three years running, and now performs at Parkes venues during the festival itself. The vocals are strong and the energy stays up, running from the comeback material to the big seventies ballads. One thing he's clear about: he doesn't think he's Elvis. He's paying tribute.
