Rio Carnival

This is the big one. Three to six samba dancers in full carnival head pieces, back pieces and Brazilian bikinis, plus three to six drummers who double as capoeira artists. The 30 minute show runs as a samba parade, roving through the crowd, choreographed routines, a capoeira display, Batucada drumming and photos with the performers. Audience participation is optional, though most crowds want in. Samba has been danced in Brazil since the late 19th century and it still empties chairs faster than almost anything. Carnival stilt walkers can be added. Suits corporate events, festivals, private functions and special occasions.
