Robyn Collard

A Nyungar Yorga of the Whadjuk and Ballardong groups, Robyn Collard delivers Welcome to Country alongside cultural education alongside experience in Western Australian and Northern Territory schools. She has held roles as a principal, a team leader and an education consultant in both government and Catholic systems, alongside roles at Wanslea including General Manager of Cultural Safety and Partnerships. Her work includes private consultancy, offering cultural safety guidance and building capacity across sectors in her ongoing role as storyteller and educator. Her grandson Tryse Rioli, on his own cultural learning journey as a Whadjuk Tiwi Maarman, joins her on didgeridoo and helps carry out smoking ceremonies and water healing ceremonies. Their work includes welcomes, didgeridoo and ceremony assistance.
