Rod Stewart and Elton John never toured together, which is the gap this Sydney show fills. Dave Patten carries Rod's rasp, hair and stage moves, having worked internationally as a tribute artist and toured with Vegas acts, with television appearances on Spicks and Specks, The Chasers, Sunrise and The Today Show. Shannon G Brown handles Elton at the piano; a recording artist and former member of The Ten Tenors, he has recorded at Abbey Road and toured widely. Between them the set covers five decades, from Maggie May, Sailing and Tonight's The Night through to Rocket Man, Tiny Dancer and Crocodile Rock.
