Romiindahouse is a fixture of Meanjin's underground, and she got there by supporting a genuinely serious run of artists: Skin On Skin, Lagoon Femshaya, Traxman and Mechatok among them. The mixes are smooth and the presence behind the decks is hard to look away from. She describes the beats as supertastic and swaggalocious, which is not a phrase anyone else would use and is exactly the point. Now based in Fitzroy.
