Smooth and soulful is the label that's stuck to Ross McMahon's playing, and the voice does the work: warm enough to get a room smiling, then dancing. He plays acoustic covers alongside his own compositions from a base at Bittern on the Mornington Peninsula, with a repertoire in the hundreds and a setlist built to your requirements rather than handed over fixed. Easy listening is the default. But he can lift it and push the dance floor when the night wants that. He supplies full PA and needs a power point and about two square metres of floor. If you're outdoors, arrange cover in case the weather turns.
