Ryan Powderly

Ryan Powderly is a music academic at RMIT and the University of Melbourne, and a co-founder of Pelvis, a brand built around celebrating dance music culture. He recently co-founded Big Racket, an electronic music school open to all ages. So the DJing sits alongside teaching and thinking seriously about the music, which is a rarer combination than it should be. Someone who studies dance music culture tends to have a better sense of where a set is going.
