Salvador Diaz

Salvador Diaz drums, produces and makes beats around Melbourne, playing in a number of projects and leading his own, OVNI Collective. That one is built on original compositions and jazz improvisation, with a rotating line-up of musicians drawn from jazz, hip hop, breakbeat, dance, soul and world rhythms. So the group changes shape depending on who's in it, which is deliberate. Best suited to a room that wants something being made in front of it rather than reproduced.
