Five pieces, ten years together, and a song list built to cover a room where the ages range from 20 to 70. Scorching Tones run vocals, guitar, bass, drums and a keys and guitar mix through pop and rock hits from the 1970s to now. The lights go up, the dance floor fills, and that's more or less the plan for the night. PA and lighting come with the band. They need a stage of at least 3m by 3m with room for the kit, two guitars and bass, reliable power, easy access and time to sound check beforehand. Melbourne based, and just as at home at a wedding, a corporate function or a pub.
