Fire performance out of Denmark in Western Australia, with costumes hand-made for each character rather than pulled off a rack. Serpent of Fire lean towards shows with something behind them, meaningful rather than just bright, and they'll rove, work a stage or run a circus workshop. Performers are trained in fire safety rules. They hold public liability cover, a DFES fire ban exemption and working with children checks. Space needs are modest: a 2x2m podium for a solo, 4x4m for one or two fire performers, and set-up runs under five minutes for roving. Ten for a choreographed show.
