Every member of Sessions has decades of commercial playing behind them, and it shows in how quickly the room lifts. The band works through rock hits from the seventies, eighties and nineties up to current material, and the rule seems to be that if a song was not a number one and does not move, it does not make the set. That keeps the tempo up from the first number. They specialise in corporate events, weddings and parties where the guest list spans a few generations, which is exactly where a band beats a playlist.
