About this act
Shakamoto play psychedelic-influenced garage rock out of Wollongong. The line-up is Orlando Bards on guitar and vocals, Hamish Kettley also on guitar and vocals, Callum Finlay on bass and Aiden Knight on drums. Two guitars and two voices gives that kind of band plenty to work with, and the psych influence keeps it from being straight-ahead garage. Loud, and unapologetic about it.
