Shimon Moore plays live solo acoustic guitar and vocals through crowd favourites from the 80s, 90s and now, and he also works as an open-format DJ, reading the floor and shifting the mix to keep it moving. The pairing is the interesting part: relaxed live music while people eat and talk, then a switch to DJ mode once the night turns. He's played over 5,000 shows worldwide. Bring him a list of songs that have to be played and he'll work them in. He brings his own guitar, microphone, PA and DJ gear, and needs a flat covered spot with power, roughly two metres square plus a bit more for the decks. Based in Ryde, Sydney.
