A Canberra party band built to scale from one player to a full show band. Options range from solo piano or guitar through to a six-piece line-up called the Silky Six, and a show band version with a three-piece horn section, so the format can shrink for a quiet dinner set or grow for a night of dancing. MC services are offered alongside the music. Jazz sits in the repertoire too, with or without vocals, next to a covers list that runs from disco and soul through to pop: Stayin' Alive, Walking on Sunshine, September, Mustang Sally, Get Lucky and Happy all feature, alongside older rock and roll staples like Jailhouse Rock. The act has worked birthday parties, corporate functions and gala balls, building each set around whichever mood the room calls for.
