Soame Chopra

Soame Chopra has been doing stand-up since around 2004, working pubs, clubs and theatres across Newcastle and Sydney alongside private parties and corporate rooms. The travel has been serious too: sets in Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, the Philippines and Kuala Lumpur. In 2015 he took a debut solo show to the Sydney Fringe Festival. He's a keen golfer, which has turned corporate golf events into something of a speciality, and he'll happily admit to writing some of the best puns ever conceived and a fair few of the worst. The style is broad rather than niche, which is exactly what a mixed corporate audience needs.
