Jazz blues, Motown, soul and blues, sung by someone with real emotion in the voice. SoulMama draws on Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Etta James and Bette Midler, and has put in the years to get there. She has played Sydney streets, clubs, markets, parties, harbour cruises, kids gigs and aged care venues, which is about as broad a run of rooms as a singer can have.
