Sound Synergy

Gareth Jones brings a truckload of African drums and percussion, hands them out, and inside a few minutes a room of people who have never played a note are locked into the same rhythm. That's the whole idea behind Sound Synergy, an interactive drum circle out of Byron Bay that works across ages and abilities. A full PA carries their own tribal backing beats underneath, which gives the group something solid to sit on and keeps the energy up. It suits corporate days, festivals, weddings, school and kids' events and aged care settings. Seating for the participants is the main requirement, and power within about 25 metres if you can manage it. Working with Children and Working with Aged Care checks are current.
