Naomi Cao

Split Happens is Naomi Cao's business, and the name tells you roughly how she approaches the subject. She started out coaching people through divorce and now works more broadly on relationship strategy. She came to the work the hard way, through her own chaos, then went and studied it properly and built a business out of helping other people get through theirs. Her sessions deal with the real end of it: getting through a separation, repairing a relationship worth repairing, and learning to have a difficult conversation without it turning into a fight. She's blunt, she's funny about it, and she talks about resilience as someone who has had to use it. Sydney based, and she takes keynotes as well as coaching work.
