Stellar Moon is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entertainer from Broome, Western Australia.
A Nyikina Jarndoo woman from the Kimberley, based in Broome, Stellar Moon fronts a sound that fuses soul, funk, roots and country-blues around raw, emotive vocals. The project launched in 2020 and has since toured widely through Western Australia, with a first run of East Coast shows added along the way. Debut album Phases arrived in 2024, and its single Still Tea held a spot in the regional top ten charts for three straight weeks. Sunset Sounds Festival, Ord Valley Muster, Blues at Bridgetown and Nannup Music Festival all sit on her festival record, with support slots alongside Emily Wurramara, Daryl Braithwaite, Lee Kernaghan and The Waifs. Away from the main set, she also runs group sound healing sessions, vocal clinics and songwriting workshops, adding a second string for festival and multi-day bookings.
