Sweet Sister are a five piece from the Peel region who play the Angels, Pink, Hoodoo Gurus, Divinyls, Cold Chisel, Katy Perry, Sheryl Crow, INXS, Gloria Gaynor and ELO. Cassandra Sweeny sings, from Adele through to Tina Turner, and works solo around Peel as well. Bruce Angus is on keys with a jazz background and plenty of Mandurah Performing Arts Centre productions behind him. Peter Nessfield plays lead guitar, going back to Rock It in 1978 and taking in tribute, blues and funk bands since. Darren Piggott drums, Frank Longo plays bass and sings. They've worked the Ravenswood Hotel, Drakesbrook Tavern, Peel Alehouse, Mandurah Offshore Fishing Club, Malaga Tavern and a fair few hay-bale sheds. They bring a full PA, sound engineer, stage lighting and black drop curtains.
