Swifty

Vocals, electro-acoustic guitar and a Japanese drum machine named Dave. Swifty plays out of Jimboomba in south-east Queensland, and the repertoire is aimed squarely at ears that grew up on the 50s through to 1990. No backing tracks, no staring at an iPad. There's a lot of talk with the room and a tall tale or two, some of it from years spent as tour manager for the late Cornish comedian Jethro. Twenty-five years of solo gigs across the UK, Denmark, France and Switzerland sit behind it.
