A tribute to the wartime sweethearts. Swing Sisters build their show around The Andrews Sisters, Edith Piaf and Vera Lynn, with songs from George Gershwin and the swing bands of the era filling out the rest. There's plenty of audience participation and singing along, which is rather the point with this material. The duo version runs up to an hour, either with charts for a house band or with backing tracks. For longer shows of one to two hours, the arrangements call for more, so they bring a four to seven piece band or work to tracks. Dance brackets, male vocals and dancers can be added. Sydney based.
