Switch Jazz pair a female vocalist with saxophone and clarinet for something smooth and low-key, which is exactly what a winery, a cafe, an art show or a long lunch tends to want from live music. The songbook comes from Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Billie Holiday and Julie London, with Christmas material when the season calls for it. Both players have professional experience in small jazz groups and big bands. Custom backing tracks are lightly scored so the live parts stay in front. Based in Ipswich, with their own sound gear for small and medium venues. All they need is power and a bit of light. Insured.
