About this act
Twelve voices, no instruments. This Sydney a cappella group started in 2012 as a bunch of friends at Sydney University and now works as either a small ensemble of four to six singers or a full choir of eight to twelve. The repertoire is broad on purpose: recent chart songs, jazz standards, traditional ballads, Disney, 60s pop, musical theatre and TV themes. They've sold out seasons at the Sydney Fringe, represented the university in Hong Kong, and sung at the Sydney Festival, the Seymour Centre, the Powerhouse Museum, Barangaroo Cutaway, Sea Life Sydney Aquarium and the City of Sydney Christmas Village concerts. Two albums and more than 60 arrangements later, they took third place at the AUSACA Australian A Cappella Awards in Melbourne, along with Best Arrangement and Best Jazz Song. Good for weddings, festivals, open days and Christmas events.
