Hats, shades, brass and a horn-driven show band behind two lead men in black suits. This Sydney tribute works the songbook from the Blues Brothers film, so you'll get 'Everybody Needs Somebody', 'Shake a Tail Feather', 'Gimme Some Loving' and 'Soul Man', plus detours into Gary Moore, Brian Setzer and Stevie Ray Vaughan territory. That last part is what lifts it above a straight copy job. Guests are welcome to turn up in their own Blues Brothers gear, or go wider with a gangster or Gatsby theme, which makes it an easy fit for a costume night.
