Tactical Response Group Lessons from Chaos

Fifteen years leading the WA Police Tactical Response Group is an unusual line on a speaker's CV. He ran high-risk operations, worked deep undercover, took part in the arrest of the Claremont Serial Killer, and provided close personal protection for US presidents and members of the British royal family. He's also held a Guinness World Record for an extreme physical challenge. The talks aren't war stories for their own sake. They use real operations, with photos and short video, to get at how teams decide and lead when it goes wrong.
