Taron Talidegas plays a solo show that keeps changing gear. Soft piano and acoustic guitar for the early part of a night, then the electric comes out and it turns into classic rock, blues and pop with the solos left in. There's a lot of Elvis in the setlist, from Blue Suede Shoes and Hound Dog through to If I Can Dream, alongside Chuck Berry and newer material. Audience interaction is a big part of it, and so is the dancing. Taron brings guitars, keyboard, amps and cables, and needs stage power, a vocal mic and enough room for both the acoustic and electric rigs. Holds a busking permit for Queen Street Mall in Brisbane.
