No backing tracks. That's the rule The 80's Flashback perform by, and it's five musicians doing the lot live. The show runs on the big 80s hits: Footloose, Take On Me, Living On A Prayer, Walking On Sunshine, Tainted Love, Jessie's Girl, Whip It, My Sharona and a long list after that. Between songs there's a fair bit of audience involvement, from singalongs to the occasional 80s dance lesson, plus a Don Johnson lookalike and costumes that lean into the decade's worst fashion decisions on purpose. Sydney based, and built for a crowd that wants to be on its feet rather than watching politely. Public liability insurance is current.
