The ABBA Experience is a tribute band from Sydney, New South Wales.
The ABBA Experience began in 1996 as part of the Sydney covers band Yesterdays Heroes before growing into its own show: a tribute led by performers portraying ABBA's female singers. Handcrafted costumes, comedy and audience participation run through a set that can extend to two hours, and the show has been performed with a full four-piece live band, with in-house backing musicians reading charts, or against pre-recorded backing tracks. A duo version is also available for smaller bookings. Waterloo, Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, SOS and Fernando anchor a set list built from ABBA's biggest singles, played across clubs, theatres and private functions nationally.
