The Alternators

The Alternators are a Melbourne band who play their own material rather than other people's. The songs move between alternative rock, folk, reggae, funk and pop, which sounds like a lot of ground until you hear how it holds together. Honest writing, played by people who enjoy each other's company. Worth a listen if you want a live band at your function that isn't running the same covers list as everyone else.
