The B-Sides take songs everybody knows and put them somewhere unexpected. A hit might come back as a soul ballad, or an anthem, or something with a Latin lift under it, and the arrangements are properly inventive rather than novelty rearrangements. The players are international professionals, and the chemistry and improvisation are the point. Formed in Brisbane, they work across rock, house, funk, Latin, neo-soul and jazz. Book it where the crowd knows the originals and would enjoy hearing them turned inside out.
