About this act
Six pieces, Newcastle, and a set built on blues, soul and rock and roll. The Barhoppers pull from Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Joe Cocker, Muddy Waters and Elvis, with a few classic Aussie tracks thrown in, and the songs are the sort that get people up rather than politely nodding. Every member sings, so the vocals get as much attention as the playing. Mustang Sally, Proud Mary, Sweet Home Chicago, Ain't No Sunshine and Route 66 all sit in the list. They bring sound and lighting sized for the gig, whatever the gig is. All they need is access.
