Four sharply dressed lads, one job: nothing but 1950s and 60s hits, played loud enough to shift furniture. The Bluebeats cover rock and roll, rhythm and blues, 60s pop and the odd flowery psychedelic detour, which means The Rolling Stones and The Beatles sit next to Ray Charles, Chuck Berry, and Sonny and Cher across a night. But the era is the point, not the museum piece. Perth based, and worth a look for themed events, corporate nights, weddings and venue bookings where the brief is a dance floor rather than background sound.
