The Country Way

Good old fashioned country tunes and classic pub hits, played by two cousins out of Ballarat. Pete Gervasoni sings lead and was nominated for a Gold Guitar in 2007, with more than twenty years on the country scene behind him. In 2004 the AFL invited him to perform his award-winning original What Are They Marching For? as the headline act at the MCG on Anzac Day, in front of a crowd of more than 90,000. Brayden Ward plays lead guitar. Together they're The Country Way, and the format suits a pub, a private party or any room where two players and a couple of guitars is exactly enough.
