A four piece out of Melbourne playing contemporary covers from the 70s forward, moving across pop, rock, funk, disco and easy listening as the night asks for it. Bec sings out front and works the crowd hard, Mao handles lead guitar with a fair bit of speed and detail, and Trev holds down the bass. Their list is long: Dance Monkey, Blinding Lights, April Sun in Cuba, Are You Gonna Be My Girl, Chasing Cars, Crazy in Love and plenty more. The Cover Council also works as an acoustic duo or trio for canapes and dinner, then switches to the full band later. Own PA and lighting available. Fully insured, with gear tested and tagged.
