Three Adelaide musicians, playing weddings across the city, regional South Australia and the wine country. The Deer Johns have a wide enough repertoire that they can shift with the room instead of committing to one genre for the night, and a trio hits a useful middle ground: fuller than a duo, easier to fit into a small venue than a full band. Winery weddings in particular suit them, where the space is often outdoors and the sound needs to be warm rather than loud.
