The Great Emu War Casualties have had support from The Guardian, triple j, the BBC, 2SER, PBS and 4ZZZ since debuting. They won the Fender Player Plus Competition in Melbourne, and turned up on The Guardian's Ones to Watch list as well as Backseat Mafia's Favourite Antipodean Albums.
