June Richards works Sydney rooms as a singer, host and impressionist rolled into one, and the voices are half the fun: Kermit, Miss Piggy, Julia Gillard, Kim from Kath and Kim, Eddie from Absolutely Fabulous. The song side leans on drag anthems, crooner standards and comedy numbers, with pop when the floor wants it. Bookings run across hens parties, birthdays, weddings, Pride events, corporate nights, plus bingo, music bingo, trivia and painting classes for something a bit different. Music, microphones and a speaker system come along. And the whole act bends to the room rather than the other way round.
