The Loungephonics play soul, R&B, pop rock, disco and blues, and the vocals are what carries it. Based in Balmain and working across Sydney. A band that can move from a blues number into disco without the room noticing the gear change is doing something harder than it looks. Plenty of energy on stage, and pitched at an event where the music is meant to get people up rather than fill a silence.
