The Melancholiac put vicious tones and guttural hooks next to meticulous polyrhythms and interludes, then run vocal melodies over the top that stay stuck for days. Four players out of Fortitude Valley, with real chemistry between them on stage. Expect headbanging, and expect the musicianship to be better than that implies.
