Adam Sellars holds his breath for five and a half minutes and dives past 74 metres on a single lungful, which makes him one of the deepest freedivers in the world and an Australian representative in the sport. That's the hook. The talk itself is about the mental control that gets a person through a descent: how you handle pressure, quiet the noise in your head, and keep going when everything says stop. It runs fun and interactive rather than lecture-style, and it extends into breath workshops, ice baths, pool sessions, ocean events and team building days.
