Donna-Leigh Perfect performs this one alone, and it's a stage show rather than a talk. Storytelling, music, movement and a lot of audience involvement, built around her P.E.A.C.E. tools for resilience and self-belief. People laugh, they reflect, and a fair few cry. It runs about an hour and works for primary schools, high schools, community events and corporate rooms, in Australia and overseas. Beyond the show there's a 24-module program parents can run at home, an ambassador program that has students solving their own problems and looking out for each other, parent information sessions and a free app with meditations and support services.
