About this act
Formed in Perth in 2018, The Scene are five players from different generations of the local industry, which is part of why the song list keeps growing. Pop rock is the base, with punchy keys, guitar and bass under high-energy vocals. Boys In Town, Rehab, Valerie, Nutbush City Limits, Lonely Boy, Dancing Queen, You Oughta Know. They travel with professional sound, a sound engineer and their own lighting, so a bare room is no problem and a stage is a bonus rather than a requirement. Built for singing along to, and for a dance floor that fills early.
