The Screaming Jets is a rock band from New South Wales.
The Screaming Jets emerged from Newcastle, playing more than two hundred shows and winning Triple J's Battle of the Bands before signing their first record deal. A deal with rooArt Records followed, then a 1991 debut album, All For One, which reached number two on the ARIA charts. Its second single, Better, carried the band onto its first overseas tour, taking in Europe, the UK, the US and Canada. Supports followed for The Angels, The Choirboys and Divinyls alongside the band's own headline tours. Thirty years on, original producer Steve James oversaw a full rerecording of All For One, released with new artwork referencing the original.
