The Seven of Ska

Horns, offbeats and a dance floor that doesn't get a rest. The Seven of Ska play ska and reggae out of Brisbane, and the brass section is the whole point: it's loud, it's brassy, and it does not encourage sitting down. Weddings, parties, functions and festivals all suit them, particularly the ones where the crowd wants to move rather than watch. If you want a band that sounds unlike the four-guitar covers act everyone else books, this is a different direction entirely.
