The Sweet Teas is the vocal trio of Heidi Lake, Fifi Mondello and Cleo Sayers. Three-part harmony is the main event, with jazz swing, ballads, bossa nova, carols and seasonal standards making up the Christmas repertoire. The format suits cocktail hours, weddings, company drinks and functions where voices can set the atmosphere without a large stage setup. Each member brings experience beyond the trio as a singer, songwriter or pianist, and Heidi also works as an arranger and accompanist. During the festive season, their song choices range from classic carols to lighter holiday material. The result is polished group singing with enough swing and humour to avoid feeling overly formal.
