The Zephyr Project

Three friends who've been playing together for nearly ten years, and none of them do it as a day job. That's the honest pitch from The Zephyr Project, and it undersells them a little. The set moves through swing, jump blues, rock and roll and pub rock from the 1940s to the 1970s, taking in Chuck Berry, The Easybeats, The Animals, the Beatles, Ray Charles, Reverend Horton Heat, Joe Cocker and Eric Clapton. They've an EP of originals that's had radio play, and they've worked Garterbelts and Gasoline, Cooly Rocks On and Greazefest. Want a straight rock and roll dance night?
