Tom Brown

Tom Brown grew up on a cropping and sheep property in central Victoria, the sixth generation to work that land, and learned guitar playing around campfires at local campdrafts. The playing sits somewhere between Jerry Reed and Stevie Ray Vaughan: bold, raw and untamed on an acoustic. The songwriting owes more to Waylon Jennings, Zach Bryan and Steve Earle. Old school country and blues, written by someone who has actually lived the setting rather than borrowed it.
