He debuted the following season in a round 10 win over Gold Coast at Domain Stadium, by a margin of seventy-seven points. A strong outing against North Melbourne in round 19, 2018, brought an AFL Rising Star nomination, the same year he was part of West Coast's premiership team. In 2024 he played every game of the season, finishing eighth in the club's own Club Champion award.
